Inspired Aging

I''m 62 -- going on 63 -- and I'm proud of it! Aging is not a disease, but a normal process that starts at birth. Sure, it seems to get more difficult as we age. The changes in our memory, our body, skin, you name it; it changes. But, why create suffering for ourselves when this is an inevitable process. Embracing it and mining the extraordinary value we find in our elderwoman is so rewarding. We've lived a long and interesting life that has given us insights and wisdom only briefly glimpsed by those younger than ourselves. We have so much to share with others and with the world, we cannot waste time feeling sorry for ourselves. I'm a Life Coach who works with women over 50 who want to get the most out of aging and recreate a passionate, purposeful life, and who want to make a difference in the lives of those around them and in the world. Elderhood is not about resting on our laurels, hiding out and becoming invisible; it's about being bold, daring, unafraid to say what's on our mind, and continuing to learn and grow!

Next time - more about me and what I'm up to these days.
